Ken Green & Associates Inc.
107 Wampum Drive, Duck

Description
The additions and renovation to this home exemplify what can be accomplished when it’s time to retire an older rental house and provide a very comfortable home for year-round living.  The goal was to increase the size of every room in the house, widen the stairwell, add 2 bedrooms, a game room, a poolside kitchen, 4 bathrooms, an elevator, decks on both levels, a swimming pool and much-needed storage space.

As you will see when you visit, we were wildly successful in achieving all of those goals!

We would like to express our thanks to the team of vendors and subcontractors who make this project successful. We give special thanks to the OBHBA member companies: Angel Advanced Technologies, Gulfstream Pools, Kitty Hawk Carpet & Furniture, Harmony Cabinets LLC and R.A. Hoy Heating & Air.
